CAPT Ed ‘Cube’ Boullianne, USN (Ret.)

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Ed joined Omega in 2009 after serving for 28 years as a U.S. Naval Flight Officer. During that time, Ed flew the Lockheed S-3B Viking, accumulating nearly 3,000 hours and 800 carrier arrested landings. Ed commanded VS-29, served as the Air Boss on USS CARL VINSON during post-911 combat operations in Afghanistan, and finished his career as a Deputy Director at the Office of Naval Intelligence. While serving in the Navy, he also earned his master’s degree from the Naval War College. Upon retiring from the U.S. Navy, Ed joined OARS as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Two years later, Ed also became Chief Financial Officer for OARS and presently serves in both capacities.
