After completing her Bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication at the University of Wisconsin, Libby joined the OARS team in 2014 by way of the hospitality industry. She serves as the company’s Executive Administrator and Research Assistant. Granddaughter to a U.S. Navy veteran, she is proud to support the OARS team in serving the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
