Flight Crew Opportunities

Omega Air Refueling operates a fleet of B-707 and DC-10 aircraft, currently configured for hose & drogue refueling.  Air crew are part-time employees, without monthly guarantees of work.  In our normal operating environment, typical rotations are 2 weeks in length, recycling every month to 1 and a half months. 401k is available. To apply for a position, candidates must have experience in the B-707/KC-135 or KC-10 aircraft. 

Minimum requirements for Pilot candidates:
2000 hours total large or heavy aircraft time (excluding Airbus time)
Airline Transport Pilot certificate
Type Rating(s): B-707, B-720, or DC-10
1000 hours in type as PIC
Heavy aircraft flight time in the last 12 months
Second Class Medical
Security Clearance: Eligible for Secret level with a current status 

Flight Engineer candidates need to have a turbojet FE license.

Soon thereafter, you may be asked to send an electronic copy of the Omega flight crew details form, a copy of your FAA license and medical, and verification of a current DoD security clearance as well. If positions are not available, resumes and details will be retained when employment positions become available in the future.

At this time, boom operaters are not required.
