CDR Mike ‘Gnomes’ Roche, USN (Ret.)

Senior Director, Flight Operations

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Mike served as a Naval Aviator in the U.S. Navy for more than 20 years. During that time, he accumulated nearly 2500 hours flying all variants of the F-14 and F/A-18. In addition to various squadron tours, Mike served on two separate Carrier Air Wing staffs, once as the Operations Officer, and has extensive experience and knowledge of Air Wing operations, training and planning. Mike earned an MBA from the University of South Florida in 2011. He now serves as OARS’ Deputy Director of Operations.
