After completing his degree in Aviation Management and Air Traffic Control at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Matthew worked in the airlines for several years before joining the OARS team in 2019. Now serving as the Director of Business Operations for the company, he is proud to work with an organization that supports the United States Military.
