Libby Vertz

Chief of Staff

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication at the University of Wisconsin, Libby joined the OARS team in 2014 as Executive Administrator and Research Assistant. She was promoted to the position of Chief of Staff in 2019. Libby earned her Master’s of Business Administration from Georgetown University in 2022. Granddaughter to a U.S. Navy veteran, she is proud to support the OARS team in serving the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
